Swimming Course
A stay at the children's hotel “Alpenresidenz Ballunspitze” in Galtür in Tyrol offers an ideal opportunity to combine the beautiful with the useful. In our baby and children's swimming courses, your little ones are introduced to the element of water in a playful way - always under the professional guidance of our swimming coaches.
We use the tried and tested 3-stage FRED SWIM ACADEMY swimming learning system with the SWIMTRAINER Classic inflatable swimming aid. Depending on the age and learning progress of your child, the red, orange or yellow SWIMTRAINER is used. This makes learning the right swimming style a breeze!
Our baby and children's swimming courses take place from Monday to Friday directly in the swimming pool at our family hotel in Tyrol. A special highlight for all water rats from the age of eight is our mermaid swimming, which takes place once a week.
The swimming courses can be booked directly online in addition to your room in Galtür. Or you can contact our hotel reception. External guests are also welcome on request!

Baby swimming

Getting used to the water can't start early enough: our baby swimming for children from the age of three months creates a positive relationship with the element of water at an early age. Thanks to the SWIMTRAINER “Classic” red, the correct swimming position is assumed right from the start. It also strengthens the important back and neck muscles.
Toddler swimming
/ appr. 30 min
Once your toddler has completed the water familiarization course, they can switch to the SWIMTRAINER “Classic” orange from the age of two to three.
5-day children's swimming course
/ 5 Tage
As part of our 5-day children's swimming course, children from the age of four are introduced step-by-step to free swimming with the SWIMTRAINER “Classic” yellow - and are sure to have lots of fun!

For all those who are at least eight years old and can already swim, we have a very special highlight at the “Alpenresidenz Ballunspitze” in Tyrol: during mermaid swimming, your little ones can immerse themselves in the world of mermaids, mermaids and mermen. We provide colorful fish tails for this.
The course times are every Monday from 20:00 - 21:00.
Booking: You can register your child for the swimming course either directly with our swimming teacher or at the hotel reception.
