Fitdankbaby is a fitness concept for moms and babies, tailored to the needs of your baby. Your baby is actively involved and benefits from the many games and songs. There is no boredom in the class, and the babies are calm and relaxed. This allows you to train effectively while having fun. You’ll be well supported by a highly qualified instructor specializing in postnatal training.
Spend your family vacation with your little one in Galtür. The classes combine two elements: fitness training for moms and playful exercises for babies. Your baby is not just present – it’s an important part of the session. In addition to training the classic problem areas, exercises for the back and pelvic floor are also included, building on postnatal courses.

- Daily free course session – according to the posted schedule on-site
- All-inclusive: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon buffets with sweet and savory treats, 5-course choice menus in the evening or themed buffets, as well as non-alcoholic drinks at the beverage station available around the clock. Coffee specialties from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Baby and child care: professional staff provide childcare from 0 to 16 years old, in various age groups, all day, 7 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM (babies until 8:00 PM).
- Pool and sauna area: our panoramic indoor pool, the Sky Infinity outdoor pool, and the kids' water world "plitsch platsch" are perfect for relaxation. The sauna area offers powerful saunas and steam baths, while the infrared cabins help you unwind from everyday stress.
- Practical in-room amenities: our family rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a relaxed family vacation, including practical extras like a baby monitor, a bag with bathrobes, and fresh Grander water.
- Save on luggage: we are happy to help you save on luggage. Many useful items like baby cots, baby swings, bathrobes, and strollers can be borrowed at no additional charge.
- Free Wi-Fi: our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, except in the restaurant and pool/spa areas where we disconnect technically and mentally, surfing only the gentle waves of the well-tempered water.
- Parking: parking spaces are reserved directly at the hotel for all guests. Underground garage spaces are available upon request (for a fee).
- Children's pension: our kids are well cared for at the children's buffet, which includes plenty of fresh vegetables, pizzas from the stone oven, changing classics like schnitzels, burgers, and pasta. A separate baby buffet with Hipp jars, follow-up milk, and much more is available. Our kitchen team is also happy to prepare porridge to your specifications.
