SILVA TRAILS BIKE PARK On a total area of 15 kilometres, adventurous mountain bikers can hit the pump tracks, jump lines and trails of “Silva Trails” Trail Park. Easy, medium or difficult – the varied terrain features the perfect challenge for every skill level. If you’d rather master the inclines with the help of some electric assistance, simply hop on an electric bike.

It is not only experienced mountaineers who will find their personal paradise in the mountains around Galtür. There are climbing routes for all skill levels and all of them are great fun!

Ischgl:

VIDER TRUJA ADVENTURE WORLD
Take the Silvretta cableway to the Idalp and you will reach the adventure part at 2,320 metres altitude in only a few steps. A circular hiking trail takes you through the mountain world of the Silvretta.

ADVENTURE AND RECREATION PARK 
Experience the water-themed adventure path. The water mill and water playground are fascinating, not only for our little guests. The following attractions are also available for your family holiday in the Tyrolean mountains: a small climbing scaffold, a water supply system and much more. 

ADVENTURE STAGE
There are various adventure areas under the motto of “Action – Speed – Challenge”, from the mid-station to Lake Pardatschersee in the Fimbatal valley with a great range of offers. The new attractions are easy to reach (by Fimba or Silvretta cableway to mid-station) or you can get there via an adventure hiking trail over the suspension bridges of Ischgl.

SUNNY MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE PARK
This year's holiday plan includes a hiking trip to the Tyrolean mountains! The parents pack their suitcases with enthusiasm, while the kids just stand there, not overly excited. Wait a minute! In the Sunny Mountain adventure park at 1,830 metres altitude they will soon change their minds. You take a leisurely trip on the Diasbahn cableway up to the large children’s playground with slide tower, gliding ropeway, low-rope garden and the adventurous Flying Fox. Fun and games for young and old are guaranteed. And is there anything more beautiful than seeing children's eyes shine bright and hearing their loud and happy laughter? We don't think so!

THE WELLNESS PARK

Are you looking for inner balance and equilibrium? That’s what you will find in the Medrigalm wellness park. Located directly next to the mountain station of the See mountain railway, summer holidaymakers will find an extensive wellness programme here:

• Kneipp facilities: Cold water that is not only refreshing but also good for you. After a strenuous hike, put your feet into the icy pool to promote blood flow. The Medrigalm wellness park has two Kneipp facilities.
• Foot massage path: If you want to do something good for your feet, you should walk barefoot along the foot massage path. Close your eyes and feel the different natural elements! 
• Colour therapy/chromotherapy: Colour therapy, also called chromotherapy, at the Medrigalm wellness park is good for your mood. This therapy reinforces or changes energies using specific colours. Some colours are invigorating, some calm you down. You don't believe in that? Then why not try it out!
• Mountain water from the well: Fill up your water bottle and taste the crystal clear mountain water of the Tyrolean Alps. That's what nature tastes like!

THE GAMES, SPORTS AND WATER PARK

Happy children, happy parents: The play, sports and water park has a lot to offer for visitors of all ages. Whether you just dip your toes in the water or dive in - the area is made up of three lake sections:  

• the large bathing lake with a total area of 6,000 m² and 4 m depth,
• the children's area with 1,000 m² and only 0.4 m depth
• as well as an idyllic natural pond

But that's not all: A true leisure paradise awaits you around the large swimming area! While your children let off steam on the stunning adventure playground, you can relax on the sun terrace or on the spacious lawn area. You want more action? Test your ball skills and play a round of football, tennis or beach volleyball with the whole family. Which team will win?
